|
If you have a problem of too large breasts, then breast reduction is
advisable to you. Breast reduction in Malaysia aims to reduce the size
and reshape the appearance of the breasts.

How long should I stay in Malaysia for breast reduction surgery?
|
A patient should stay in Malaysia at least 10 days to complete a whole
process. On an arrival day in Malaysia, a patient should stay in a
hotel to relax from a long flight and have a surgery on the following
day. Breast reduction requires 3 nights stay in the hospital. Post
operative check up and stitches removal will be done 7 days after the
surgery.

How is surgery performed?
|
The incision of breast reduction is placed around the areola,
vertically down from the areola to the breast crease and horizontally
along the breast crease. The surgeon raises and reshapes the breasts.
The excess skin and fat will be cut and the nipple and areola are
repositioned to a natural, more youthful height.

Will anesthesia be used?
|
Yes, breast reduction here in Malaysia will be done under General Anesthesia and takes 1-2 hours average.

What kinds of implant are used for the surgery?
|
After the surgery, the patient needs to avoid lifting over head for 3-4
weeks. The patient should not resume strenuous activities till about 1
month after the surgery. A brassiere can be normally, but do not use
brassieres with metal support during the first month.

Breast reduction will leave inverted T-shape noticeable scars but they will gradually fade and less obvious.
